Time is a fleeting thing, this is something we all hold true. We try to maximize what we have to do the things we want to and if we come short, we always beg or wish for more time to accomplish our goals. So we cling to the idea, and tinker, and strive to make it to the end however it works best for us.

But for my own sake, I find myself time and time again doing the one thing I shouldn’t, working on too many things at once. I start one thing, get an idea in my head for a few more pieces and start working on the next, forgetting to finish the other pieces or even stop working on them entirely. So here I sit, trying to finish what I can with what time I have; burning the candle at both ends.

NOTE: The image at the top of the post is of a small sketch I want to get around to painting soon. Maybe there will be enough time to do this, some day.
